... where you are based?

I am based in Yorktown, Virginia and provide photography services to the greater Hampton Roads area to Richmond! I spend plenty of time exploring our state & can recommend lots of locations for your session. Travel fees will incur depending upon session locations.

... do you travel to other locations?

Yes! I am happy to travel to additional areas, of which travel fees would apply.

,,, but what would I wear?

*It's not a dress it's a kilt! ...stupid, ugly, out of date! This is ridiculous, if I cant find something nice to wear I'm not going* - The Grinch

No worries! I will personally work with you to help style everyone for our session regarding colors, patterns, and styles!

As a general guide, neutral colors + tones work best! Instead of being matchy, we will coordinate your outfits depending upon the number of people & shooting location. Also, we will want to make sure to avoid too much plaid, too many patterns, logos, bright colors, and neons.

Other considerations: Remove any hair ties, sunglasses, large items from pockets (wallets, cellphones, etc). Remove anything you wouldn't want to see in your photos.

... what is the digital gallery?

Online digital galleries are my specialty! You get your images faster & it is a very easy download process. You will be provided with digital image files that are both high-resolution for printing and web-sized for social media sharing.

If you are looking to order physical prints of your images, you will use high-resolution images. I can only guarentee print quality if you order through my online ordering option - available to you once the digital gallery is delivered.

... how do I pay for my session?

Once you are ready to book and the details are confirmed, a contract and invoice will be sent. A non-refundable booking fee will be due upon signing of your contract. This fee secures the date & time for your session. The remaining balance is due 24hrs prior to the session.

... what if I need to reschedule?

I get it, life (& weather) happens! Session rescheduling and cancellation is outlined within the session contract. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns before signing.

... how soon I will recieve the gallery?

My editing process begins the moment our session ends. You will receive atheonline gallery within 14 days* of the session. Here you will be able to make your final selections, which will then be released to you via a download link. You will then be able to download the final gallery to share or order prints.

*weddings and events are subject to a 3-4 week turnaround time for the final gallery.
